针对YT29A型凿岩机钎杆在高频工作状态下,经常出现共振而引起强烈噪声并出现钎杆断裂的现象,设计了一种新的钎杆。应用COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件对YT29A型凿岩机新钎杆进行了模态分析,得到了钎杆的前5阶固有频率和振型图,分析结果表明钎杆的固有频率满足凿岩机的工作频率要求,为钎杆的结构设计和优化提供了理论依据。
In view of YT29A rock drill drill rod in the high-frequency working conditions, the frequent occurrence of resonance caused by strong noise and the emergence of broken rod phenomenon, the design of a new drill rod. The finite element analysis software COSMOSWorks was used to analyze the new drill rod of YT29A rock drill. The natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first five steps of drill rod were obtained. The results show that the natural frequency of drill rod meets the working frequency requirement of rock drill and is The structure design and optimization of the drill rod provide the theoretical basis.
