建筑施工企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对社会基础设施建设工作有着巨大的影响。近几年来,建筑施工企业的发展面临着严峻的经济形势,竞争压力比较大,行业发展不景气,日常经营管理工作效率和质量比较低,因此,建筑施工企业要想获得进一步的生存和发展,就要不断完善薪酬激励制度,进而提高组织运行效率,保证经营管理工作质量。本文将对建筑施工企业制定薪酬激励制度的意义和价值进行简要分析,并提出建筑施工企业完善薪酬激励制度应该采取的措施和对策,以便为建筑施工企业的发展提供一点建议和启示。
Construction enterprises are an important part of the national economy and have a huge impact on the construction of social infrastructure. In recent years, the development of construction enterprises is facing a serious economic situation, competitive pressure is relatively large, the industry downturn, the daily operation and management efficiency and quality is relatively low, therefore, the construction enterprises in order to obtain further survival and development, We must continue to improve the salary incentive system, thereby improving the efficiency of the organization to ensure the quality of management.
