人类白血病的发病与遗传因素有关,其中家族性白血病近年来国内外已有零星报导。有人统计当家庭成员之一发生白血病时,同胞手足发生白血病机会为一般人群的4倍。鉴于白血病病因迄今尚未完全阐明,所以从家族性白血病的发生提出与遗传因素有关,是值得注意的。我院从1979年到1983年4年中所见到急性白血病2户5例(其中1例为院外诊断,以A示共3例,B示共2例),均经骨髓穿刺诊断,并对其中1户作了家系调查。现报告如下。
