工会作为连接员工与企业沟通的桥梁,在现代企业民主管理中发挥着重要的作用。随着社会主义市场经济的不断改革和深入,企业的长远发展对于工会的依赖度越来越高,企业的利润需要员工来实现,员工的价值需要借助企业这一平台来发挥,只有两者通力合作,努力配合,才能够实现双方的目标和价值,实现可持续的发展。本文在现代企业民主管理的框架下,试图探讨工会对于目前我国企业民主管理的作用,以期实现工会的真正价值和意义。
As a bridge connecting employees with enterprises, trade unions play an important role in the democratic management of modern enterprises. With the continuous reform and deepening of the socialist market economy, the long-term development of enterprises is becoming more and more dependent on the unions. The profits of enterprises need to be realized by employees. The value of employees needs to be leveraged on the platform of enterprises. Only the two can work together. Cooperation and hard work in order to achieve the goals and values of both sides and achieve sustainable development. Under the framework of modern enterprise’s democratic management, this article attempts to discuss the role of trade unions in the current democratic management in our country with a view to realizing the true value and significance of the trade unions.
