法治信仰所体现的是人们对法律价值和法治功能的一种坚定不移的信任、认同,是建设法治中国的精神基石,是运用法治思维和法治方式化解矛盾、深化改革的内在推力,是法治社会形成的重要标志。在论述法治信仰价值和法治信仰培育面临障碍的基础上,从制定良法、法治实践、制度完善等方面,提出了法治信仰培育的系列举措,以期对法治中国建设有所裨益。
The Belief in the Rule of Law Embodies People’s Confident Trust and Approval of the Value of Law and the Function of the Rule of Law. It is the Spiritual Stonestone of Building China as a Rule of Law. It Is the Inner Thrust of Using Laws and Laws to Resolve Contradictions and Deepen Reform. An important symbol of social formation. On the basis of discussing the barriers to the belief value of the rule of law and the cult of the rule of law, this paper puts forward a series of measures to cultivate the belief in the rule of law from the aspects of formulating good laws, practicing the rule of law and improving the system so as to benefit the construction of law by law.
