民谣,作为民众的话语形式之一,是民众实现社会表达和社会舆论的一种方式。民谣的创作内容褒贬不一,虽反映了一定的客观事实,但也会带有片面化、情绪化。加之其传播性强,因而会对民众乃至社会产生积极和消极的影响。尤其是政治民谣,反映了民众的政治取向和态度,其社会舆论作用,对社会主义和谐社会的构建具有不可忽视的影响,不容小觑。因此,党和国家要采用多渠道、多途径来正确引导民谣的创作与传播,发挥民谣的积极功能,防止其负面影响的扩大,使其扬长避短,服务主流政治文化,更深刻地影响民众价值观念。
Folk songs, as one of the public discourse forms, is a way for the public to realize social expression and public opinion. The composition of ballads is mixed, although it reflects some objective facts, but also with a one-sided, emotional. Coupled with its strong dissemination, it will have positive and negative impacts on the public as well as on society. In particular, the political ballads reflect the people’s political orientation and attitude. Their role in social media has a significant impact on the construction of a harmonious socialist society and should not be underestimated. Therefore, the party and the state should adopt multiple channels and channels to correctly guide the creation and dissemination of folk songs, make full use of the positive functions of folk songs, prevent their negative influences from expanding, avoid weaknesses, serve the mainstream political culture and affect people’s values more profoundly .
