工程项目管理和工程造价控制都是建筑工程的重要组成部分,两者在建筑工程中起到了至关重要的作用,工程项目管理为建筑工程的施工安全、施工进度等提供有力的保障;工程造价控制则为建筑工程的投资成本和经济效益提供有效保障。工程项目管理与工程造价控制之间又存在有十分密切的联系,它们相互影响、相互作用。但从目前的切实情况来看,工程的项目管理和造价控制中都尚有诸多的问题存在,有关施工单位必须采取具体的应对措施去加以规避和解决,这样才能达到进行项目管理和造价控制的目的。
