教师的教学要牢固树立以生为本的观念,具体表现在备课、上课等各环节中.教学的过程中学生是否能自己学会,通过什么样的方式、创造什么样的环境可以让学生学会.课堂上要注重学生之间的合作交流,通过多方式的小组合作来实现合作学习.要注意教师角色的转变,不再是“填鸭式”的反复讲述,尽量激发学生学习的兴趣,逐步引导学生.本文围绕五个方面阐述如何以生为本,旨在构建自主乐学的初中数学课堂.
The teaching of teachers should firmly establish the concept of taking students as the foundation, which is embodied in all aspects such as lesson preparation and class teaching. In the process of teaching, students can learn by themselves and what kind of environment can be created to enable students to learn. We should pay attention to the cooperation and exchange among students, and realize cooperative learning through multi-group cooperation. Pay attention to the change of teachers ’roles and are no longer “repetition-style” teaching, so as to stimulate students’ interest in learning and gradually guide Students.This paper elaborates on how to take students as the foundation in five aspects, and aims to construct junior high school math class of autonomous musicology.
