改革开放以来,我国民营经济不断发展壮大, 已成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和促进社会 生产力发展的重要力量。然而,民营经济在发展过 程中,依然存在不少困难和问题,如影响民营经济 发展的体制性障碍并未消除,平等竞争的法治环 境、政策环境、市场环境还有待进一步建立等,这 些都在一定程度上影响了民营经济的发展。为此, 笔者认为,加快民营经济发展,可从加强五大体系 建设上下功夫。
Since the reform and opening up, China's private economy has continuously grown in strength and has become an important part of the socialist market economy and an important force for promoting the development of social productive forces. However, there are still many difficulties and problems in the development of the private economy. For example, the institutional obstacles that affect the development of private economy have not been eliminated. The legal environment, policy environment and market environment for equal competition have yet to be further established, etc. To a certain extent, it affected the development of private economy. For this reason, I believe that to speed up the development of private economy, we can work hard to strengthen the five major systems.
