为什么我们的绩效总是提不高?为什么我们的目标总是无法实现?为什么员工们总是有那么多的抱怨?为什么员工们不能更努力地工作?为什么员工们不愿意承担更多的工作?为什么员工们总是东拉西扯、家长里短而不把精力更多地用于工作?为什么付了这么高的工资、待遇这么好而仍然有人要跳槽?为什么总有人提出这样那样的问题而没有人为解决问题出谋划策?为什么有的人头脑非常聪明而绩效总是平平?为什么有的人总是吃里爬外?……这样的问题每天都能听到,好像永远也解决不了。其实问题不在员工身上,而在于企业的制度本身。我们的绩效考核存在问题!
Why our performance is always not high? Why our goal is always impossible? Why do employees always have so many complaints? Why employees can not work harder?
