随着我国老龄化程度的日益加深以及养老观念的转变,现有的养老设施已不能满足老年人的使用需求,老年人对养老社区的品质有了更高的要求。在养老住区急需建设的同时还伴随着迫在眉睫的环境问题。因此在改善和提高老年人的生活质量的前提下,将绿色建筑理念融合到养老住区建设中,是我国今后养老住区建设的必然趋势。本文从养老建筑和绿色建筑的共性出发,探讨一些针对老年社区的绿色设计手段,为将来老年社区的开发与设计提供有科学价值的借鉴。
With the deepening of the aging of our country and the change of the old-age concept, the existing old-age facilities can no longer meet the needs of the elderly. The elderly have higher requirements on the quality of the old-age communities. The urgent need of building old-age residential areas is accompanied by an immediate environmental issue. Therefore, under the premise of improving and improving the quality of life of the elderly, integrating the concept of green building into the construction of the residential area for the aged is an inevitable trend of the construction of the residential area for the aged in the future. Based on the commonalities of pension building and green building, this article explores some green design approaches aimed at the elderly community and provides the scientific reference for the development and design of the elderly community in the future.
