我国近些年建筑工程项目的数量越来越多,土建施工存在的质量问题也越来越明显,施工质量问题对社会发展与城市发展带来了很多问题。施工质量管理工作的有效性决定了建筑安全与稳定,在施工前与施工后的阶段中,土建施工监理具有很重要的作用,承担着重要责任。本文分析了当前土建施工质量存在的具体问题,并结合工作经验提出了完善施工质量的创新策略。
In recent years, there are more and more construction projects in our country, and the quality problems existing in civil construction are more and more obvious. The construction quality problems have brought many problems to the social development and urban development. The effectiveness of construction quality management determines the safety and stability of the building. Before construction and after construction, civil construction supervision plays an important role and takes on important responsibilities. This paper analyzes the specific problems of the current civil construction quality, and puts forward an innovative strategy to improve the construction quality based on the work experience.
