选用绿豆品种白绿9号(BL9)、白绿11号(BL11)、大鹦哥绿935(BL935)、大鹦哥绿985(BL985)为试材,在苗期、花期、成熟期测定绿豆不同抗旱性品种叶片脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)的含量,研究3个生长发育时期,绿豆不同抗旱性品种叶片ABA含量的变化情况,并初步分析ABA的动态分布与绿豆抗旱性的关系。试验结果证明,从苗期、开花期到成熟期,各品种叶片内ABA含量的动态变化呈逐渐升高的趋势,并且抗旱性较强的绿豆品种叶片ABA含量相对较低。特别是抗旱性不同的绿豆品种在开花期的叶片ABA含量差异达到极显著水平。
Mungbean variety BaiLu 9 (BL9), BaiLu 11 (BL11), Big Budge green 935 (BL935) and Big Budge green 985 (BL985) were selected as test materials to determine mung bean at seedling stage, flowering stage and mature stage The content of abscisic acid (ABA) in leaves of different drought-resistant cultivars was used to study the changes of ABA content in leaves of three drought-resistant cultivars at different growth stages. The dynamic distribution of ABA and the drought resistance of mung bean were also analyzed. The results showed that from the seedling stage, flowering stage to mature stage, the dynamic changes of ABA content in all varieties showed a trend of increasing gradually, and the content of ABA in mung bean varieties with relatively strong drought resistance was relatively low. In particular, drought-resistant mung bean varieties at flowering stage ABA content differences reached extremely significant level.
