合成了三种新的双核铜(II) 配合物[Cu2(PMTA)(en)2] (1) ,[Cu2(PMTA)(pn)2] (2) 和[Cu2(PMTA)(ap)2] (3);其中PMTA代表均苯四甲酸根阴离子;en,ap 和pn 分别表示乙二胺,1 ,2_丙二胺和1,3_丙二胺. 经元素分析、摩尔电导和磁性的测定以及红外光谱和电子光谱等方法对这些配合物进行了表征. 测定和解析了配合物(1)的变温磁化率(4~300K);研究了这些配合物的生物活性,结果表明双核配合物中金属离子间存在弱的反铁磁性自旋交换相互作用,且三种双核配合物均有一定的抑菌活性.
Three new binuclear copper (II) complexes [Cu2 (PMTA) (en) 2] (1), Cu2 (PMTA) (pn) 2] and [Cu2 (PMTA) ] (3); wherein PMTA stands for pyromellitates anion; en, ap and pn denote ethylenediamine, 1,2 propylene diamine and 1,3 propylene diamine respectively. These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance and magnetic measurements, infrared spectroscopy and electron spectroscopy. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility (4 ~ 300K) of the complex (1) was measured and analyzed. The biological activity of these complexes was studied. The results show that there is a weak antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction between the metal ions in the binuclear complex and Three binuclear complexes have certain antibacterial activity.
