2008年12月19日,“中国周边外交战略”学术讨论会在中国社会科学院亚洲太平洋研究所召开,亚太所所长张宇燕教授主持了会议。来自国内研究机构和高等院校的有关学者出席了会议,并就当前中国周边外交存在的问题、周边地区在中国未来总体外交战略中的定位、以及在新的国际环境下开展周边外交的策略等问题进行了深入的探讨和沟通。为了反映这次会议的思想成果,本刊特设此专题,与广大读者交流。(稿件根据发言录音整理,并经作者本人审定)
On December 19, 2008, the Symposium on “China’s Peripheral Diplomatic Strategies” was held at the Asia Pacific Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and was chaired by Professor Zhang Yuyan, director of the Asia Pacific Institute. Relevant scholars from domestic research institutes and institutions of higher education attended the meeting and gave presentations on the current diplomatic problems in China’s periphery, the surrounding areas’ positioning in China’s overall diplomatic strategy of the future, and the tactics of carrying out peripheral diplomacy in the new international environment Problems have been discussed in depth and communication. In order to reflect the ideological outcome of this meeting, this special issue of this magazine, with the majority of readers.
