研究了薄不锈钢内衬复合管的焊接工艺和焊接接头的抗腐蚀性能。采用背部充氩保护的钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和超低碳奥氏体不锈钢焊丝TGS - 30 9L焊接 2 0 / 0Cr1 8Ni9复合管的第 1层焊缝 ,焊后利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和电化学分析方法对焊接接头的化学成分、金相组织、显微硬度以及抗腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明 :焊缝成形良好焊缝成分和金相组织能保证复合管使用过程中的强度和抗腐蚀性能要求。
The welding process of thin stainless steel lined composite pipes and the corrosion resistance of welded joints were studied. TIG welded with TIG and ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel TIG welding wire with back argon protection (TIG) and TGS-30 9L were used to weld the first layer weld of 20 / 0Cr1 8Ni9 composite pipe. After welding, metallographic microscope Electron microscopy and electrochemical methods were used to study the chemical composition, microstructure, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the welded joints. The results show that the weld formation and the microstructure of the welded joint can ensure the strength and corrosion resistance of the composite pipe.
