冻疮是冬天的常见病,我国每年有两亿人受到冻疮的困扰。冻疮一旦发生,在寒冷季节里常较难快速治愈,故在入冬前就应开始预防。当温度低于10℃时,手足的皮下小动脉遇冷收缩,静脉回流不畅,从而发生冻疮。也有部分患者是因为血管先天性狭窄,导致血流不畅而诱发。如提前在深秋采取措施,往往有事半功倍之效。首先应加强适合自身条件的体育锻炼,或在每天洗手、脸、脚时,轻轻揉擦皮肤,以促进血液循环。第二可采用温差水泡法。取一盆15℃的水和一盆45℃的水,先把手脚浸泡在低温水中5分钟,然后再浸泡于高温水中,每天3次,以锻炼血管的收缩和扩张功能。
