患者女,51岁,患精神分裂症2年余。1981年5月13日中午,一次服氟哌啶醇2瓶(400mg)、安坦1瓶(200mg)。次晨被发现昏迷在地,手抖动,双瞳缩小(约2mm),两上肢屈曲伴下肢伸直性强直,误为病情加重。又喂服安定5mg不见好转,至第3日凌晨方知系服药中毒而急送入院。体检:浅昏迷,被动仰卧,轻度躁动,呼吸平稳,血压100/60,体温36.9℃。瞳孔偏小
