档案是社会实践活动的真实纪录,同时,它又是进行新的社会实践活动最可靠的凭证和依据。档案馆的史料编研工作,是各级档案馆必须引起足够重视的一项带方向性的重要任务,它是衡量一个档案馆的基础工作、管理利用工作的重要标志。档案馆通过编研工作可以向社会主动、系统地提供档案信息,实现对档案信息资源的直接开发,通过它输出的档案信息具有比较高级的形式,亦即经过一系列的深度加工,使相对原始的、庞杂的、零散的档案信息条理化、系统比,从而达到实用化。下面结合重庆市档案馆的情况,就编研工作中的几个问题,谈一下自己的看法,不对之处,望予指正。 一、选题是编研工作中的重要环节。 编研首先要有题目,否则编研工作就无法进行。在可能的情况下,选题应密切配合社会需要,选定最有现实意义和历史意义的题目,
