3月18日,国家档案局局长、中国人民大学档案学院兼职教授冯子直到档案学院作了题为“十年来我国档案事业改革和发展的成就及所面临的问题”的报告,师生员工近300人到会。 冯子直同志在报告中,从思想、观念到档案工作的法制建设、档案事业管理机构、档案专业队伍及档案保管机构、档案信息资源等十个方面一一列举了我国档案事业的发展、变化,谈到了十年来我国档案工作上的重大改革和今后的任务。他认为全国档案事业不论从规模、内容、水平上,还是从对社会主义现代化建设所发挥的作用和所取得的效益上,都达到了最高水平,这十年是我国档案事业发展的最好时期。但从整体上看,发展还不平衡、不巩固,存在着不少问题。他列举并分析了造成这些问题的思想、客观和社会原因。
On March 18, Fazi, director of the State Archives Bureau and part-time professor at the Archives College of Renmin University of China, made a report titled “Achievements and Problems Facing the Reform and Development of China’s Archives in the Past Ten Years” 300 people to the meeting. In his report, Comrade Fung Tsz Ching enumerated the development and changes of archives in our country from the aspects of ideology and concepts to the legal construction of archival work, the archives management agencies, the archivist teams, archivists and archives information resources. In the ten years since the archives work in our country, major reforms and future tasks have been accomplished. He believes that the archives cause throughout the country has reached the highest level both in terms of scale, content and level or from the role it played in socialist modernization and the benefits it has achieved. This decade represents the best period for the development of archives in our country . However, on the whole, development is still not balanced and not consolidated. There are many problems. He enumerated and analyzed the ideological, objective and social causes of these problems.
