分析了弧齿锥齿轮噪声产生的机理、影响振动噪声的主要因素以及传动误差与重合度、噪声的关系。随着重合度增大 ,传动误差曲线幅值波动减小 ,振动和噪声降低。在此基础上 ,概述了通过提高重合度来降低振动和噪声的几种设计方法。
The mechanism of noise generation of spiral bevel gears, the main factors affecting vibration noise and the relationship between transmission error and coincidence and noise are analyzed. As the degree of coincidence increases, the amplitude of the transmission error curve decreases and the vibration and noise decrease. On this basis, several design methods for reducing vibration and noise by increasing the degree of coincidence are outlined.
