铸造旧砂具有一定粘性,含水量达2~3%,平均温度90~110℃,并有大量的蒸气。这种物料能否采用气力输送呢?通过上海缝纫机二厂10年来的生产实践证明:采用以罗茨鼓风机为气源的低压压送式气力输送装置,不仅能满足15吨/时的输送生产率,而且在输送过程中具有旧砂的冷却、再生、除尘作用。这对提高型砂质量,提高铸件成品率,改善劳动条件,均有良好的效果。本文介绍了低压压送式气力输送装置的输送原理、主要参数的选择和计算以及主要部件结构的设计及选用、除尘设备的设计及选用、压力损失计算等内容。
