本文对脑血管疾病与非脑血管疾病各50例之脑底动脉环进行对比观察。脑血管病组之脑底动脉环异常者较对照组明显增高,特别是后交通枝纤细者更常见。结合临床与病理资料,初步探讨了脑底动脉环异常与脑血管疾病的关系,可能有:(1)由于具有重要侧枝循环意义的血管变异,直接影响了脑软化的发生、发展和预后;(2)脑底动脉环异常,可能加速脑底动脉硬化的出现,并促进动脉硬化性脑血管病的发生;(3)血管疾病发生后,侧枝循环建立,某些血管内血流量增加,可以使此等血管代偿性扩张,以利于脑血管病的恢复。
In this paper, cerebrovascular disease and non-cerebrovascular disease 50 cases of cerebral artery artery rings were compared.
