Chemistry is one of the six basic disciplines and plays an important role in the curriculum of middle schools. At the same time, chemistry is an experiment-based discipline. Judging the chemical properties of substances by observing experimental phenomena is an important means of learning chemistry. However, in the current middle school chemistry study, most of the content is theoretical knowledge, the proportion of experimental courses is very small, and even individual schools do not offer experimental courses. Even the experimental courses that were set up were mostly demonstration experiments. They were only displayed by teachers, and students’ participation was low. This not only fails to cultivate students’ hands-on abilities, but also does not enable students to acquire relevant knowledge from experiments, resulting in students only facing questions in the face of experiments.
