一、国际档案理事会简介1950年8月,国际档案理事会在法国巴黎成立.国际档案理事会是一个与联合国教科文组织有咨询关系的非政府间组织,是档案发展方面唯一的国际性咨询机构.国际档案理事会的主要任务是:第一,与其他政府和非政府间的组织以及国际机构合作,鼓励、支持各国发展档案事业,保存人类的档案遗产;第二,在国际范围内组织、促进和协调有关文件管理和档案管理方面的活动;第三,建立、维持和加强各国档案工作者和所有档案机构、组织之间的联系;第四,通过广泛介绍档案目录和利用手续,促进对档案文件的利用.
