慢性膀胱炎的病因和发病机制尚不明确。但在机体感染性疾病时免疫球蛋白水平通常有改变,这主要表现在IgG 和IgM 浓度增高。而超声作用于机体局部可影响免疫球蛋白的代谢,改变机体的合成.一般是小剂量刺激抗体形成,大剂量或长时间则抑制其形成。本文是研究超声对慢性膀胱炎患者血清中免疫球蛋白水平的影响。观察了100例慢性膀胱炎患者。超声作用时采用移动法,10MHz,脉冲式,0.4W/cm~2,作用5分钟,每日一次,10次为一疗程.按不同作用部位分为三组,一组作用于耻骨联合上区(22名),二组作用腰骶部(22名),三组作用膀
The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cystitis is not clear. However, immunoglobulin levels are usually altered in infectious diseases of the body, mainly in the presence of elevated concentrations of IgG and IgM. The role of ultrasound in the body can affect the local immunoglobulin metabolism, changing the body’s synthesis is generally a small dose to stimulate the formation of antibodies, large doses or long-term inhibition of its formation. This article is to study the impact of ultrasound on serum immunoglobulin levels in patients with chronic cystitis. 100 patients with chronic cystitis were observed.
