目的调查了解兰州市蚊虫种类与季节消长。方法采用人帐诱、畜诱、诱蚊灯诱和挥网法。结果兰州市蚊虫有3属28种,其中:按蚊属3种、伊蚊属9种、库蚊属16种。从生态观察点捕获的4种计1 145只蚊虫构成看,淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕获总数的99.13%,雌雄比例为1∶2.28。平均密度为3.89只/(灯.h),不同环境蚊密度为公园>居民区>医院>牲畜棚。密度呈单峰曲线,7月密度最高,达到10.13只/(灯.h)。结论初步掌握了兰州市蚊虫的种类与季节消长,为防治工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate the species and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Lanzhou City. Method of pet account lure, animal lure, lure mosquito lamp and swing net method. Results There were 3 genera and 28 species of mosquitoes in Lanzhou City, including 3 species of Anopheles, 9 species of Aedes and 16 species of Culex. In view of the composition of 4 kinds of 1 145 mosquitoes captured from the ecological observation point, Culex pipiens pallens dominant species accounted for 99.13% of the total catch, the male-female ratio was 1: 2.28. The average density of 3.89 / (lamp. H), mosquito density of different environments Park> residential areas> hospitals> livestock shed. Density showed a single peak curve, the highest density in July, reaching 10.13 / (lamp. H). Conclusion The species and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Lanzhou City were initially mastered, which provided a scientific basis for prevention and control work.
