目前,社会正处于经济飞速发展、信息大透明阶段和网络肆意时代,五花八门的社会思潮各显神通,冲击着九零后的人生观、价值观。从而形成了他们独有的思维模式和做事风格,具体表现在对学习生活的满不在乎,对学校的规章制度漠不关心,对正能量的活动消极应对,对自己的未来毫无规划。然而高职院校对这样的学生群体在管理理念和方法上并未与时俱进,使得在学生管理工作中出现了一系列的问题。
At present, the society is in a period of rapid economic development, transparent information phase and indiscriminate network. All kinds of social trends are influential and have an impact on the outlook on life and values after 90s. Thus forming their unique mode of thinking and style of doing things, specifically manifested in indifference to learning life, indifference to the school’s rules and regulations, a negative response to positive energy activities, and no plans for their own future. However, the higher vocational colleges did not keep pace with the times in such management concepts and methods for student groups, which led to a series of problems in student management.
