作者回顾性复习了22例经组织学证实的胰腺神经内分泌瘤,旨在报道此类肿瘤的MRI各种表现,并探讨不同组织类型肿瘤间是否存在差别。22例中,男16例,女6例,年龄35～88岁。其中,胃泌素瘤8例、胰岛素瘤3例、胰高血糖素瘤2例及生长抑素瘤、血管活性肠肽瘤、促肾上腺皮质激素瘤、类癌各1例,余5例未能分类。所有病例MRI检查均用1.5T磁共振机,序列包括SE脂肪抑制T_1WI或毁损梯度
The authors retrospectively reviewed 22 cases of histologically confirmed pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, aiming to report the MRI manifestations of such tumors, and to investigate whether there are differences between tumors of different tissue types. In 22 cases, there were 16 males and 6 females, aged 35-88 years old. Among them, there were 8 cases of gastrinoma, 3 cases of insulinoma, 2 cases of glucagonoma, 2 cases of somatostatin, vasoactive intestinal tumor, adrenocorticotropic hormone and carcinoid tumors. The remaining 5 cases failed. classification. In all cases, MRI was performed using a 1.5T magnetic resonance machine. Sequences included SE fat suppression T_1WI or lesion gradient.
