本文应用一阶导数分光光度法测定了去痛片中扑热息痛的含量，其方法简单、快速、且不需分离。扑热息痛的标准为１００．４５％，变异系数为０．１７％。
In this paper, the first-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of paracetamol in Zhutong tablets. The method was simple, rapid and without separation. The standard paracetamol was 100.45% with a coefficient of variation of 0.17%.
