目的了解深圳市龙岗中专学生的营养知识、态度和饮食行为,为开展营养健康教育及干预提供依据。方法采用自行设计的营养知识、态度及饮食行为问卷,对龙岗中专278名学生进行营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查。结果学生对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,营养知识知晓率为51.3%;普遍存在不能坚持每天吃早餐,三餐食量分配不合理等不良饮食行为。结论应采取多种形式对龙岗中专学生加强营养知识的健康教育和饮食行为的正确引导。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude and eating behaviors of secondary school students in Longgang, Shenzhen and to provide basis for carrying out nutrition and health education and intervention. Methods Nutritional knowledge, attitude and diet behavior questionnaire designed by ourselves were used to investigate nutrition knowledge, attitude and dietary behaviors of 278 students in Longgang Secondary School. Results Students lack of comprehensive and in-depth understanding of nutrition knowledge, knowledge of nutritional knowledge was 51.3%; ubiquitous can not insist on eating breakfast every day, three meals a reasonable allocation of food intake and other undesirable diet behavior. Conclusions Various forms should be adopted to guide the health education and eating behaviors of Longgang secondary school students to strengthen nutrition knowledge.
