增强国际传播能力,是中央电视台迈向国际一流媒体的关键一步。如何增强国际传播能力,不仅是电视一线采编制播人员的实践问题,更是提供智力支持的央视研发人员的关注焦点,尤其是在“十二五”规划的开局之年,这一关注焦点显得尤为抢眼而突出。2011年3月25日,中央电视台发展研究中心电视传播研究部召开“CCTV-NEWS国际传播能力建设”专家研讨会,北京大学新闻传播学院院长徐泓、中国传媒大学传播研究院副院长刘昶、中国传媒大学国际传播研究中心朱振明、清华大学新闻传播学院副院长史安斌、中国人民大学新闻传播学院博士生导师匡文波等到会参与了讨论。会议议题由CCTV-NEWS频道建设和中央电视台国际传播能力建设两方面组成,到会专家积极建言献策,为我们提供了很多重要的观点和理论依据。
To enhance the capability of international communication is a crucial step for CCTV to step into the world-class media. March 25, 2011, CCTV Development Research Center of TV Communication Research Department held “CCTV-NEWS international communication capacity building” expert seminar, Peking University School of Journalism and Communication Xu Hong, vice president of Communication University of Communication Liu Chang, Director of Center for International Communication of Communication University of China Zhu Anming, Shi Anbin, Vice President of School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University, and Kuang Wenbo, a doctoral supervisor of the School of Journalism and Communication of Renmin University of China, will be participating in the discussion. The topic of the meeting was composed of the channel construction of CCTV-NEWS and the international communication capacity-building of CCTV. The experts present at the meeting made positive suggestions and suggestions, which provided us with many important opinions and theoretical bases.
