绥芬河水系是我省五大水系之一,也是我省两条入海河流中的一条。它全长约443公里,流域面积17321平方公里,是流经中俄两国的国际河流。在我国内为中、上游,除一少部分在吉林省内其余均在东宁县境内。中国境内流长258公里,流域面积为10069平方公里,是总流域面积的58%;在东宁县内流长160公里,流域面积7208平方公里,占国内流域面积的72%。绥芬河汇集了大、小绥芬河、黄泥河和大肚川河等160余条大小河流,东入日本海。大绥芬河发源于吉林省珲春西北海拔830米高的图门山(今称森林山),流经东宁县西南部的黄泥河乡、道河镇的全境,水能资源丰富,据1976年县水电部门踏察报告认定,从东宁县黄泥河乡罗家店村至东宁县城一段的落差为675.9米,年来水量为15.5亿立方米,水能蕴藏量为63300千瓦,可建五处梯级水能发电站,总装机容量可达61200千瓦,年发电量可达202亿度,现已在黄泥河乡永红村建一处水力发电站。
Suifenhe River is one of the five major water systems in our province, but also one of the two rivers into the sea in our province. It has a total length of 443 kilometers and a drainage area of 17,321 square kilometers. It is an international river flowing through China and Russia. In my country as the middle and upper reaches, with the exception of a small part of the rest in Jilin Province are in Dongning County. In China, with a flow length of 258 km and a catchment area of 10,069 km2, it is 58% of the total drainage area. The flow length in Dongning County is 160 km and the drainage area is 7208 km2, accounting for 72% of the domestic drainage area.
