通过挂片失重法研究了CO2分压对N80钢在高矿化度介质中的腐蚀规律,结果表明CO2在腐蚀过程中起着催化作用,其中,腐蚀速度(vc)和CO2分压满足lgvc=1.0058×pco2-0.4095;结合扫描电镜对表面形貌的观察及表面腐蚀产物的X射线衍射分析,发现随着CO2分压的增大,不仅腐蚀速度增大,而且不均匀腐蚀的程度增大同时,在含CO2的高矿化度介质中有轻微的CaCO3结垢.
The corrosion mechanism of N80 steel in high mineralization medium was studied by coupon weight loss method. The results show that CO2 plays a catalytic role in the corrosion process. Among them, the corrosion rate (vc) and CO2 partial pressure satisfy lgvc = 1.0058 × pco2-0.4095. Combined with SEM observation of the surface topography and X-ray diffraction analysis of the surface corrosion products, it was found that with the increase of CO2 partial pressure, not only the corrosion rate but also the non-uniform corrosion At the same time, there is a slight amount of CaCO3 scaling in high-salinity media containing CO2.
