[目的]通过对1起儿童家属怀疑为接种卡介苗后儿童出现淋巴结炎病例的调查分析,探讨儿童计划免疫预防接种异常反应的鉴定与调查处理。[方法]对预防接种点和接种疫苗儿童进行现场调查。[结果]此次事件为预防接种异常反应。[结论]尽快完善预防接种异常反应的鉴定与处理办法,消除异常反应的负面影响,确保儿童计划免疫工作的顺利开展。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the identification and investigation of abnormal immunization vaccination in children through the investigation and analysis of one suspected case of children with BCG after the vaccination of BCG. [Method] On-site investigation was conducted on vaccination sites and vaccinated children. [Results] The incident was vaccination abnormal reaction. [Conclusion] As soon as possible, the identification and treatment of abnormal immunization against vaccination should be perfected, the negative effects of abnormal reaction should be eliminated and the planned immunization work should be carried out smoothly.
