价格认证是价格工作的重要组成部分,是在我国社会主义市场经济体制下发展起来的新事物,是价格主管部门从事公共服务的重要窗口。其主要职责是行使价格裁定职能,以调解价格矛盾、处理价格纠纷为重心,对司法领域做好价格鉴定,对经济领域做好价格认证。如何发挥价格认证工作的职能作用,有效地疏导价格矛盾、调处价格纠纷,切实有效地服务三农,已成为当前新形势下价格认证工作新的课题。现结合实践,就此谈几点意见。
Price certification is an important component of price work and is a new thing developed under the socialist market economic system in our country. It is also an important window for price departments to engage in public service. Its main duty is to exercise the price adjudication function, in order to mediate price conflicts, handle price disputes as the center of gravity, conduct price appraisals on the judicial field, and conduct price certification on the economic field. How to give full play to the functions of price certification, effectively divert price conflicts, mediate price disputes, and effectively serve the agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become a new topic of price certification under the new situation.
