全瓷修复体具有优良的生物性能和稳定的化学性能,CEREC系统独有的椅旁修复系统采用CAD/CAM(计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制作)技术,在一次就诊时间内完成全瓷修复体,无需取模和制作临时修复体,是一种更为简便,省时省力且效果良好的修复方法。但椅旁CAD/CAM可切削陶瓷具有机械强度低,易脆的特点。目前,临床通过牙体制备,粘结技术和全瓷冠表面处理等方面来增强全瓷修复体机械强度。本文阐述影响椅旁CAD/CAM全瓷修复体冠强度的国内外相关研究。
All ceramic restoration with excellent biological properties and stable chemical properties, CEREC system’s exclusive chair repair system using CAD / CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided production) technology, in a treatment time to complete the full ceramic restoration, No need to take molds and make temporary restorations, which is a simple, time-saving and effective repair method. However, CAD / CAM chair near the cutting ceramic with low mechanical strength, brittle characteristics. At present, the mechanical strength of all-ceramic restoration is enhanced clinically through dental preparation, bonding technique and all-ceramic crown surface treatment. This article describes the domestic and international related research on the coronal strength of CAD / CAM porcelain restorations.
