1.加强教师之间的合作交流,集思广义进行学年集体备课。每次集体备课前,我都和教师一起,认真研读教材,形成自己的教学思路,做好备课前准备。在集体备课时各抒己见,将自己对文本的认识,对学情预测,对学生学法指导阐述出来,大家在共同交流、碰撞中认识自己教学设计的不足,吸取他人的优点,弥补自己,丰富学案内容,使自己的理论与实践真正结合起来,同时提高了自己的备课能力。在集体备课的基础上,教师取人之长,补己之短,结合学生实际进行有个性的二次备课,将自己的教学思想融
