在学校体育教学过程中,课堂的实效性永远是每位体育教师所追求的根本目标,也是体育教师的生命线。在这个过程中,影响课堂的实效性的原因有很多,比如教师专业知识、技能的局限性;学校教学场地设施的缺乏;生源的参差不齐等,然而学生的心理原因经常会被我们所忽视。在课堂上学生的心理问题俨然已经成为影响课堂实效性的一个主要壁垒之一。高中阶段学生的生理及心理发展均到了一个特殊的阶段,学生的身心特点决定了他们在体育课堂上的行为。
In the process of school physical education, the effectiveness of the classroom is always the fundamental goal pursued by every physical education teacher, and also the lifeline of physical education teachers. In this process, there are many reasons that affect the effectiveness of the classroom, such as the limitations of teachers ’professional knowledge and skills, the lack of facilities for teaching in schools, the uneven source of students, etc. However, students’ psychological reasons are often ignored by us . Students in the classroom psychological problems seems to have become one of the main barriers to the effectiveness of the classroom. The physical and mental development of high school students have reached a special stage, the physical and mental characteristics of students determines their behavior in the physical education classroom.
