新型陶瓷电极荧光灯(CPFL)的问世,成为气体放电光源领域的一项重要突破。它没有涂敷碱金属三元氧化物的钨灯丝电极,而是采用特殊的纳米陶瓷电极,故可避免因电极溅散而造成的灯管发黑,它还能减少汞的消耗使灯充汞量减少,且具有光衰小、寿命长(5万h)、并联使用时能极大地减轻灯对镇流器依赖性等显著优点,已对目前广泛使用的传统荧光灯形成了强有力的挑战。本文试图通过介绍陶瓷电极荧光灯的原理、结构特性、性能优势与使用价值,以及目前推广应用的情况,得出新型陶瓷电极荧光灯应得到更广泛关注与应用的结论。
The advent of the new ceramic electrode fluorescent lamp (CPFL) has become an important breakthrough in the field of gas discharge light sources. Instead of using a tungsten filament electrode coated with an alkali metal ternary oxide, it uses a special nano-ceramic electrode to prevent blackening of the lamp due to electrode spattering and to reduce the consumption of mercury to make the lamp charge mercury The reduced quantity, low light failure, long life (50,000 hours), and the significant advantages that can be greatly reduced when used in parallel with ballast-dependent ballasts have posed a strong challenge to the widely used conventional fluorescent lamps. This paper attempts to introduce the principle of ceramic electrode fluorescent lamp, structural characteristics, performance advantages and the use value, as well as the current promotion and application of the situation, come to the conclusion that the new ceramic electrode fluorescent lamp should receive more attention and application.
