传统的人工和计算机单机管理人力资源表现出笼统、信息量大的弊端,使得查询效率低,保密性差。随着企业不断发展壮大,员工和客户不断增多,产生越来越庞大的信息、文件和数据,对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少困难。另一方面,随着互联网的快速普及,计算机单机管理系统越来越不能适应现代化办公的需要,越来越不能满足新形势下企业的人力资源管理的需要。因此,必须有一套应用于网络时代、适应于新需求的人力资源信息管理系统,为管理者提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。
