目的:研究山绿茶醇提物(IAE)降血糖作用。方法:用四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠模型,连续ig IAE12d,采用葡萄糖GOD-PAP法检测血糖水平,用放射免疫法检测血清胰岛素水平。结果:与模型组比较,IAE对四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠血糖升高有降低作用(P<0.05),高剂量组能升高血清胰岛素水平(P<0.01)。结论:IAE对四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠具有较好的降血糖作用。
Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect of mountain green tea extract (IAE). Methods: Diabetic mice were induced by alloxan. The animals were continuously injected with IAE12d for 24 hours. Glucose GOD-PAP method was used to detect the level of blood glucose. Serum insulin level was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the model group, IAE could decrease the level of blood glucose in alloxan-induced diabetic mice (P <0.05), and the level of serum insulin in high dose group (P <0.01). Conclusion: IAE has good hypoglycemic effect on alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
