目的探讨中低位直肠癌直肠前切除术吻合口瘘的综合预防措施。方法对56例直肠癌行直肠前切除术的患者围手术期采取综合预防措施,降低吻合口瘘的发生率,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 56例中发生吻合口瘘1例(1.78%),经骶前引流管充分引流和冲洗后2周愈合。结论熟知发生吻合口瘘的原因,围手术期采取综合性预防措施,可有效降低中低位直肠癌直肠前切除手术吻合口瘘的发生率。
Objective To explore the comprehensive preventive measures of anastomotic fistula in rectal cancer of low and middle rectal cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients undergoing rectal resection of rectal cancer were treated with comprehensive preventive measures during the perioperative period to reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results One case (1.78%) of anastomotic fistula occurred in 56 cases, which healed by drainage and washing of sacral drainage tube. Conclusions Well-known anastomotic fistula causes, perioperative comprehensive preventive measures, which can effectively reduce the low rectal resection anastomotic fistula incidence.
