作为百册《山东革命文化丛书》之一,《山东干部南下》经过八个月的努力,已由中共党史出版社如期出版。现将工作过程中的点滴感想整理归纳,以求教于同行。咬定青山不放松露出海面的冰山一角,往往只是整座冰山的很小部分, 其主体大多隐藏水面之下。山东干部南下史料的搜集工作所面临的也是同样的局面,留存下来的有用资料几乎是一片空白,用“立根原在破崖中”来比喻一点都不夸张。
