流行性出血热在梅县地区尚无报告,我县今年发现首例病人,现报道如下:患者马××,男,31岁,籍贯:兴宁福兴,职业:工人,1988年3月23日突然畏寒发热,周身不适,拟诊为感冒,服药后,病情继续恶化,高热达40℃左右,且出现呃逆和频繁呕吐,头痛及周身酸痛等不适,小便短赤,食欲极差,28日到县人民医院就诊,疑为急性白血病入院治疗。入院时体查所见:体温血压正常。颜面及颈部充血潮红,呈醉酒面容,球结膜软腭等多处粘膜充血或出血和鼻出血,浅层淋巴结未触及,心肺正常,腹平软,肝肋下3cm,质中,肾区无扣击性痛,无病理神经反射。过去史:患者一向健康,居住兴宁,病前半个月曾多次捕杀老鼠共30～40只,剥皮食用等。
