初中数学的课堂一贯给人留下的印象是沉闷,是教师的一言堂,是观看个别学生的表演。为了缓解和改善这种课堂局面,我思考并采用了分组合作的课堂教学组织方式。分组合作课堂的关键是分组合作学习,是一种同伴之间的合作互助活动。小组合作学习是针对教学条件下学习的组织形式而言的,相对的是“个体学习”。我希望通过这种课堂组织形式的转变,让学生更多地参与到课堂教学活动中来,让课程更适应学生的学习。
Middle school math classroom has always given the impression that boring, is a teacher’s speech, is to watch the performance of individual students. In order to alleviate and improve this classroom situation, I thought about and adopted a group-based classroom teaching and organization. The key to grouping cooperative classes is group cooperation learning, which is a cooperation and mutual aid activity among peers. Group cooperative learning is directed at the organizational form of learning under the teaching conditions, the relative is “individual learning ”. I hope that through this shift in the form of classroom organization, students will be more involved in classroom teaching activities to make the curriculum more suitable for students’ learning.
