我们的定位实践说起来很简单,就是“四个聚焦”。一是客户聚焦。过去我们的销售很多是中小客户,但是我们的销售精力都放在了大型服装厂上,因为大客户从单笔订单看量会大很多。我们在客户群体上是不聚焦的,想的是一个方向,实际销售结果显示的是另一个方向。现在我们聚焦在中小客户上,也就是中小型服装厂。为什么聚焦中小客户?第一,我们看到最近几年涌现出了大量的中小型服装企业,未来5到10年,小型服装企业的发展空间会更大。第二,现在服装越来越时尚化、个性化,
Our positioning practice is simple to say, is “four focus ”. First, customer focus. In the past, we sold a lot of small and medium-sized customers, but our sales efforts are concentrated in the large-scale garment factories, because big customers can see much larger orders from a single order. We are not focused on the customer base, think of one direction, the actual sales results show that the other direction. Now we focus on small and medium customers, that is, small and medium garment factories. Why focus on small and medium customers?
