受访人背景资料:孙海龙,全国法院首届审判业务专家,重庆市第四中级人民法院院长。曾是北京航空航天大学工学硕士、北京大学法学博士、中国人民大学法学博士后,法学教授、博士研究生导师;曾任北京航空航天大学法学院副院长、教授,广东省广州市中级人民法院、陕西省西安市中级人民法院副院长,重庆市高级人民法院专职审判委员会委员;侧重研究领域是现代司法和知识产权法,已发表论著230余篇(部),主持、参加国家和省部级科研项目15项,今年中标最高人民法院审判理论重大课题“人民法院文化建设研究”。近日,本刊总编辑柳福华就如何通过建设先进的法院文化来培育优秀法官这一主题采访了孙海龙院长。
Background information of interviewees: Sun Hailong, the first judge of the national court, and the president of the Fourth Intermediate People’s Court of Chongqing. Former Beijing University of Aeronautics Master of Engineering, Peking University JD, Renmin University of China law postdoctoral, law professor, doctoral tutor; former Beijing University of Aeronautics Law School vice president, Professor, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province Intermediate People’s Court, Shaanxi Deputy director of Xi’an Intermediate People’s Court and member of full-time trial committee of Chongqing Higher People’s Court; focusing on the field of modern judicial and intellectual property law, more than 230 articles (ministries) have been published; presided over and participated in national and provincial scientific research 15 projects, winning the Supreme People’s Court this year, a major issue of trial theory “People’s court cultural construction ”. Recently, our chief editor Liu Fuhua interviewed Dr. Sun Hailong on the theme of how to cultivate outstanding judges by building an advanced court culture.
