本文利用热电法对铁水快速定硅技术进行了深入地研究。通过大量的试验,归纳出了经验规律,运用数学的方法加以演绎。利用实验室高频感应炉和现场高炉的铁水实测数据建立了测硅数学模型,得出了铁水中硅含量与其影响因素的函数关系。同时,开发了新型测硅传感器和适合现场应用的快速测硅装置。
In this paper, the hot metal rapid determination of silicon technology has been carried out in-depth study. Through a large number of experiments, the rule of experience is summarized and the mathematical method is used to deduce it. The mathematical model of silicon measurement was established by using the experimental data of molten iron in high frequency induction furnace and field blast furnace in laboratory and the relationship between silicon content in hot metal and its influencing factors was obtained. In the meantime, a new type of silicon sensor has been developed and a rapid silicon measurement device suitable for field applications has been developed.
