00Cr_(26)Ni_8Mo_3Ti不锈钢是最近开发的一种新型船用结构材料。研究表明,固溶温度对钢的机械性能影响很大。为了进一步确定温度、组织、性能三者的关系,探讨强韧化机理,用透射电镜对该钢在950℃至1150℃保温0.5h淬水试样进行了观察分析,得出以下结果。950℃×0.5h固溶处理试样为奥氏体(A)和FeCr型σ相双相组织,如图Ⅰ所示。图中白色为A体,深色为σ相。定性分析结果表明σ相多于A相。
00Cr_ (26) Ni_8Mo_3Ti stainless steel is a new type of marine structural material recently developed. Research shows that the solution temperature has a great influence on the mechanical properties of steel. In order to further determine the relationship between temperature, microstructure and properties, the toughening mechanism was explored. The specimens were observed and analyzed by transmission electron microscopy for 0.5h quenching at 950 ℃ to 1150 ℃. The following results were obtained. The samples treated by solution treatment at 950 ℃ × 0.5h are austenite (A) and σ phase dual phase FeCr structure, as shown in Fig.1. White figure A body, dark for the σ phase. The results of qualitative analysis show that σ phase is more than A phase.
